Greg Spalasso is the Founder of The Sky Agency, a luxury boutique real estate firm serving the Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area.  As a licensed general contractor, Greg has over twenty years experience in real estate investment, development, design, planning and residential construction.  

Greg is also the Founder of Arbor Homes, a luxury boutique custom home building and development company.  Arbor specializes in high end design and construction, serving affluent towns such as Atherton, Woodside, Menlo Park, Los Altos, Pacific Heights and the Presidio.  Over the years, Greg has built trusted relationships with many town planning and building officials.  He is also well versed in local planning and building code regulation.   

The past decade, Greg has served as a real estate advisor to Silicon Valley’s prominent leaders in tech, finance, sports, as well as family estates.  His extensive industry experience makes him unique, as well as a valued resource for all his clients and owners representatives.

Greg launched The Sky Agency, with a vision of serving our local community with a more personable boutique experience.  He launched The Sky Membership Program, to enhance the real estate experience for Buyers and Sellers of homes over Ten Million.  Members are rewarded with our white glove concierge service, as well credits for all our exclusive services, including private celebrity events, fundraisers, flights, yacht adventures, and Bauer’s Black Tie Transportation services.

Currently, Greg is earning his Masters Degree in Creative Writing and Literature at Harvard University.  During his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his four children.  He is a Soccer, Baseball, and Football fanatic, as well as an avid concert goer.  He enjoys painting, coaching, cooking and long walks along the bay.  Greg is also a large contributor to many youth sports programs, as well as a supporter of many local schools and local charities.
